I think that the Lovers is the most complex card in the deck. I have been pondering it and chewing it over for a long time – just trying to get to it’s essence. In terms of ideas this card speaks of:

• the promise of union
• the ceremony of marriage
• contracts
• jealousy
• inner conflict
• looking for salvation/completion
and much more.

I just want to put out the image for now without going into all the symbolism. I am really curious what folks think.
