Refunds, Cancellations, & Other Policies

Whether you are taking a class, getting a reading, or buying video or other products I am so happy that you want to work with me. I really value clarity and transparency so I want you to be aware of my policies that might affect you. I hate having these heavy kind of talks but I need to be clear so that we don’t have any misunderstanding that get in the way of doing good work together. If you are not comfortable with these policies please don’t go ahead with working with me. I’d hate for a later disagreement to come between us.

24 hour cancellation/rescheduling policy. When you booked your time with me I made a commitment to hold that time for us to work together. I plan my workload to see the most people I can without burning out. That means I have probably told someone I am not available at the time you have. With notice I can fill you spot and without enough notice I can’t. So I expect you to cover the cost of the time you booked if you are unable to give me 24 hours notice by phone or email.

No Refunds on Services.  I always bring my whole self to whatever I am doing but I can’t make any guarantees. My As my Godfather always used to likes say “only God is perfect.” When you are hiring me for a service I offer you are paying for my time. Neither of us can get that time back which is why all services are non refundable.

Class registration. When you pay for a class that is coming up it is non-refundable. I run classes based on paid attendees and cannot refund any part of the course. Generally all classes are available by video or audio recording after the fact.

Payment plans are a commitment. I offer them to help people access events when paying in full might be too much of a barrier. It is contract that I expected you to follow through with. Changing your mind part way through is not okay. You agreed to pay the whole amount.

Physical product purchases. Whether you purchase online or in person all sales are final. Please ask us questions – we are here to make sure you get the right thing the first time.

I look forward to sharing in your journey.
