I am very excited about the shows I have been hosting at The Hermit’s Lamp. This checklist is for both our benefit to ensure that nothing gets missed, or that promotion for the show does not get hung up while waiting on these details.
Please ensure you do all of the following:
- Include your name, address, and phone number on page 2.
- Make sure the dates for the show are listed page 2, point 2
- Sign and date the contract on page 4
- List all your work on page 5 including sale price. Your work will be sold for this price plus hst.
Your $30 fee must accompany your application. You can:
- Mail a check payable to ‘The Hermit’s Lamp’
- Send it to email@example.com via Paypal
- Come in the store and give me cash or use a credit card
This money will be refunded to you if for some reason your work is not accepted into the show.
Your art must be submitted in digital form. Please email a reasonable sized digital version (less than 1mb) of your art to firstname.lastname@example.org
Your information for the show. Please include in your email:
- Title of work
- Statement about work (less than 200 words)
- Artist Bio (less than 200 words)
Remember that this show is in Toronto. You are responsible for getting your work here and getting it home.
